Minka Aire Concept II 44″ ceiling fan model F518-WH in white with white blades. The light fixture shown is included with this fan and uses 1-100W mini-can halogen. The Concept II 44″ is a ceiling huggers 3 blade fans style ceiling fan designed for use indoors only. This fan features a 153mm x 15mm motor with a 14 degree blade pitch operating at 86 to 184 RPM. Performance data on high speed: airflow: 4071 CFM. Energy usage (motor): 44 Watts. Efficiency: 92.52 CFM/Watt. Comes with a 3 speed AireControlr remote control. The RCS212 AireControlr full function hand held remote control featuring 3 speeds in forward and reverse as well as a full range light dimmer. Requires just 2 wires for installation (1 hot wire). A receiver unit also comes with the fan that is compatible with the optional WCS212 wall control (sold separately), should you decide to operate the fan from a wall control and remote control. Other types of controls are also available and sold separately.
