Damp air is heated until moisture is held in suspension then released through the top vents. As warm air rises cooler damp air is drawn in and heated. Thermal cutoff turns unit off if air flow is impeded. Handles up to 1000 cubic feet of living space. Costs no more to operate than a light bulb – draws only 1.1 amps 130 watts.
