This Dayton gas heater can be installed directly on the top of a propane tank for easy setup. It provides a heat output of 9000 to 30000 BTUs at a time. The tank top portable gas heater can be used with a cylinder of 20 lbs or more in size. The output is capable of heating an area of up to 500 sq ft. The heater features a safety tip switch along with front and rear guards on the burner head assembly to keep you safe as you set it up and use it. There is a safety LP shutoff valve to prevent accidents. This unit is made out of steel and is resistant to corrosion making it good for frequent long-term use. It has a swivel-type mounting clamp for easy installation. The heat angle is adjustable so you can control where the hot air is going. The Dayton Portable Gas Heater 5RCC1 includes a 2′ connector hose.
